Welcome to Chair Yoga for Bone Health!

Class will begin promptly at 10am Eastern on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Each class will be recorded and posted in the pink box below where it will remain until the day of the next class. This way, if you are unable to practice during the regularly scheduled class time, you can still join me for yoga. Only one class will be posted at a time.
